- Phase 3: Building a Great Team: Managers learn effective strategies to empower and motivate their teams, fostering ownership and accountability.

- All female participants- $250
- Male Participants’ cost is dependent on the size of the company based on the number of employees:
- 50 or less employees – $250
- 50 to 100 employees – $375
- 100 plus employees – $575
